Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention with Organizational Commitment as a Mediation Variable at Puri Santrian Hotel. Sample in this research included permanent employees at Puri Santrian Hotel. The method of the sample used is simple random sampling method. The number of samples were 61 people. Testing the research hypothesis using Partial Least Square (PLS) applications. The results of the research show that Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, Compensation has a positive and not significant effect on turnover intention, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on turnover intention, Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the effect of compensation on turnover intention

Abstract
This study aims to determine and explain the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees at Cooperative in Badung regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with 97 people as sample calculated by slovin formula. To determine the sample size used probability sampling method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data both quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that motivation had a negative and not significant effect on employee performance as well as the organizational culture that had a negative and a not significant effect on the performance of employees at the Cooperative in Badung regency. However, in terms of organizational commitment, this study found a positive and significant influence on employee performance and fostered a positive motivation. The organizational commitment is the perfect mediation in mediating the organizational culture of employee performance at the Cooperative in Badung regency.

Abstract
This research aims to find out (1) the impact of compensation on employee performance, (2) the impact of compensation on employee performance discipline, (3) the impact of motivation on employee Discipline, (4) the impact of motivation on employee performance, (5) the impact of discipline on employee performance, (6) how discipline mediates the impact of compensation on employee performance, (7) how Discipline mediates the impact of motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Bali in the working area of Bali, NTB and NTT. This research examines the relationship of employee performance, compensation, work discipline and work motivation. The respondents of this study were 65 employees of Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Bali in the working area of Bali, NTB dan NTT. Data analysis was carried out by using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicated that: (1) compensation has a negative and not significant impact on employee performance not proven, (2) compensation has a negative and insignificant impact on work discipline not proven, (3) work motivation proven has a positive and significant impact on work discipline. (4) work motivation has a positive and non- significant impact on employee performance, (5) Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, (6) Discipline is not a mediating variable between Discipline and employee performance, (7) Discipline mediate the relationship between work motivation on employee performance

Abstract
This study aims to analyse the impact of leadership and work environment on employee performance with motivation variable as mediation at the Wangsa hotel. The research was conducted at the Wangsa hotel. The number of respondents were 60 people. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. Data are collected by questionnaire with Likert scale. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the analysis showed that leadership does not affect motivation, it means that leadership has not been able to increase employee motivation at The Wangsa hotel. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on motivation. The better the work environment, the more the employee work motivation increases. In addition leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, which means that the better the leadership, the more the employee performance increases. The work environment does not affect employee performance, meaning that the work environment has not been able to affect the performance of the employees of the Wangsa Hotel. Motivation has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, which means that the higher the motivation, the more the performance will decrease.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that: (1) work stress has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, (2) work stress has a negative and not significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on proven job satisfaction, (4) work motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is not a mediating variable between work stress on employee performance, (7) job satisfaction mediates the impact of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract
One form of employee behavior that often arises is the desire to move work (turnover intention) which leads to the decision of the employee to leave their jobs. This is caused by several factors including high work stress and low organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the impact of work stress and organizational commitment on turnover intention at MM Juice Restaurant in Bali. The respondents of this study were restaurant operations employee in all branches of Bali District. The number of samples of this study was set at 77 people by determining the number of representative samples. The study used partial least square (PLS) analysis with the help of the PLS software program. the results of this study indicate that 1) work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, 2) work stress has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, 3) organizational commitment has a negative and significant impact on turnover intention, 4) organizational commitment is a partial mediation between stress work and turnover intention. The implication of this research is that all branches of MM Juice Restaurant in Bali District should pay more attention to the employee turnover rate by looking at the work demands and workload given so that employee does not experience excessive work stress. In addition, it is necessary to increase employee commitment so that it reduces the desire of employee to move to work.
